# Labour lawyer Michael Bagraim says the Code of Good Practice under Schedule 8 of the Labour Relations Act is far-reaching, and the changes made will be a big incentive for businesses. The labour reforms were gazetted earlier this month. Bagraim says changes that have been made will help encourage small businesses to employ more people, as red tape has been reduced, and the time small, medium, and micro enterprises have to spend on disciplinary hearings will be reduced:
