# KwaZulu-Natal Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs MEC, Thulasizwe Buthelezi, has deployed a technical expert to the Endumeni Local Municipality. Thando Manda will provide technical support to the municipality and address leadership challenges that have impeded the passing of the budget. The department’s spokesperson, Siboniso Mngadi, says the intervention is aimed at ensuring the budget approval, which will ultimately improve service delivery to the community:
