# The Parliament Portfolio Committee on Justice and Constitutional Development says the South African system of justice is very sensitive to corruption. This followed the suspensions of the Investigating Directorate Against Corruption’s senior investigators, Dylan Perumal, Brian Padayachee, and Suneel Bellochun on the grounds of allegations of involvement in the fabrication of witness statements, case manipulation and the abuse of power. The committee chairperson Xola Nqola says even if corruption is committed underground or deep in the sea it shall be exposed, which has always being the case since the dawn of democracy.
