# The City of Johannesburg confirmed that it has settled the outstanding amount of more than 3.4-million-rand relating to the execution process involving the Thuso House Customers Service Centre. The city’s spokesperson, Nthatisi Modingone says the financial obligation has been settled and operational processes are underway to reopen the facility. He says City Manager Floyd Brink acknowledged the incident, explaining that it arose from an administrative error dating back over a decade ago:
