# Metrorail in the Western Cape says an investigation is underway after a vehicle collided with a train at the Philippi level crossing in Cape Town this morning. The driver reportedly ignored warning signals from Train 9904, which was travelling to Nyanga. Services on the Central Line were briefly disrupted but have since resumed.
