# The Investigating Directorate against Corruption’s head of investigations, Matthews Sesoko, has told the Madlanga commission he does not understand why former head Andrea Johnson described the directorate’s operations manual as a draft. He responding to chairperson Mbuyiseli Madlanga and evidence leader Thabang Pooe’s questions. Sesoko says the manual was distributed to staff on Johnson’s instruction, and Johnson’s handling of certain Crime Intelligence matters was never authorised by the directorate:
