# The City of Cape Town has now concluded the upgrade of the Sea Point promenade and Granger Bay parking area. The project has been delayed due to the poor performance of the previous contractor. Residents and visitors will now benefit from the improvements. The city says the completion of the footway and coping at the Rocklands Beach is still due for repairs in the coming months pending a structural assessment of the concrete slab supporting the footway.
