GOOD says good governance is helping Tshwane rise [SOUND]

# The GOOD Party in Tshwane says the multi-party coalition government is helping the metro rise through good governance. This follows the second successive tabling of a fully funded budget, which is expected to achieve a 1.4-billion-rand surplus. GOOD’s Sarah Mabotsa says that in October 2024, the metro had been left deeply in debt by previous DA-led administrations, including 6.7-billion-rand debt owed to Eskom. She says the multi-party coalition government has been able to turn things around:
