# The GOOD Party says it supports the City of Tshwane’s new Artisan Training and Development Framework, as more opportunities will be available for unemployed youth and for young people from special needs schools. The framework is a strategic investment to develop in-house artisan skills, such as plumbing, electrical, and mechanical, to improve service delivery and maintain city infrastructure.
