GOOD Party says the Western Cape can’t be bothered to review its safety plan [SOUND]

# The GOOD Party says it is concerning that the Western Cape government has not subjected its Safety Plan to an independent review. This comes as another 18 people died in a reported 37 shooting incidents on the Cape Flats this past weekend. Twenty-two deaths were reported the previous weekend. GOOD’s secretary general, Brett Herron, says it is also concerning that police are disproportionately under-resourced at police stations serving citizens of colour:
