# The GOOD Party says it notes the settlement reached between expelled former DA member of Parliament, Renaldo Gouws, and the South African Human Rights Commission. As part of the settlement, Gouws has apologised for a 15-year-old racist video that emerged after he was sworn in as a member of Parliament last year. GOOD’s, Roscoe Palm, says Gouws’ so-called apology is lacklustre, half-hearted and insincere:
