# The GOOD Party says it is seeking legal advice on the appropriate next steps to force the City of Cape Town to comply with the Western Cape High Court finding. The court found that aspects of the metro’s fixed tariff structure are unlawful. GOOD’s secretary general, Brett Herron, says ratepayers must not be fooled by mayor Geordin Hill-Lewis’ framing of the court’s ruling as anti-poor, emphasising that the unlawful tariffs do no favours to struggling families:
