# The GOOD Party says it has applied to join the South African Property Owners Association’s litigation, to have elements of the City of Cape Town’s new tariff regime declared unconstitutional. The association is challenging the metro’s cleaning tariff, the amended basic water charge, and the basic sanitation charge.
