Gauteng’s zero-tolerance enforcement intensifies to restore order [SOUND]

# The Gauteng Transport Inspectorate says it will continue to intensify its enforcement operations, aimed at restoring order and improving commuter safety. During the week of September 22 to 28, a total of 62 unroadworthy minibus taxis were pulled off the province’s roads, while officers issued one-thousand-104 traffic infringement notices. Roads and Transport Department’s spokesperson, Lesiba Mpya, says of these notices, 469 were processed manually while 635 were processed through the e-force electronic system:
