Gauteng Transport MEC condemns murder of taxi association chairperson in Soweto [SOUND]

# Gauteng MEC for Roads and Transport, Kedibone Diale-Tlabela, has condemned the killing of National Taxi Association chairperson Thamsanqa Moyo. He was shot dead on the Soweto Highway on Thursday, in what is believed to be a hit related to the ongoing taxi violence. No arrests have been made. The MEC’s spokesperson, Lesiba Mpya, says this senseless act of violence has left a painful mark on his family, colleagues, and the broader transport sector:
