Gauteng Health expands access to surgery through Treatment Time Guarantee [SOUND]

# The Gauteng Department of Health says its Treatment Time Guarantee Programme is improving access to surgical care across public hospitals. The department says one-thousand-and-74 surgeries and clinical procedures had been completed as part of the Fourth Mandela Month Surgical Marathon, achieving 81-percent of its target. Spokesperson Steve Mabona the department aims to complete all one-thousand- 326 pledged procedures by the end of this month:
