# Members of the South African Police under Operation Lockdown III have arrested a 33-year-old alleged gang leader in Ravensmead, Cape Town for possession of illegal firearms and ammunition. Police spokeperson Amanda van Wyk says they seized five weapons, including an R5 rifle, a shotgun, and pistols, along with more than 160 rounds of ammunition.
