# The Forum for South Africa says it is deeply concerned by the ongoing killings of whistleblowers and the lack of visible action from the Police Ministry. Last month, insolvency attorney Bouwer van Niekerk, who worked on a Gupta-linked insolvency case and also exposed major Ponzi schemes, was gunned down at his Johannesburg office.
