# The Forum for South Africa says president Cyril Ramaphosa must be held accountable for failing to act against minister of Police Senzo Mchunu’s attempt to disband the Political Killings Task Team. Testifying before the Madlanga Commission on Monday, National Police Commissioner Fannie Masemola, revealed that he informed Ramaphosa about Mchunu’s attempt to dissolve the task team.
