# The Forum for South Africa is calling on Public Works and Infrastructure minister, Dean Macpherson, to apologise to the Expanded Public Works Programme workers at Matjhabeng Municipality in the Free State. This comes after an investigation determined that the municipality had properly used the EPWP funds for approved projects. This follows allegations that the funds were used to fund inflated salaries for former councillors and sitting political office bearers.
