Forum condemns selective justice amid delays in Zondo Commission cases [SOUND]

# Activists and Citizens Forum calls on the Independent Directorate against Corruption to provide clarity on whether former member of Parliament, Vincent Smith, was unfairly singled out in the Bosasa corruption case. He was sentenced to seven years’ imprisonment in March, on charges including fraud and corruption linked to receiving kickbacks from the facilities management company. Spokesperson Dennis Bloem says other people implicated in the Zondo commission have yet to face justice:
