Former municipal manager sentenced for Finance Act violation [SOUND]

# The Mpumalanga Specialised Commercial Crimes Court has convicted former Dr JS Moroka municipal manager, Nelson Thammy Kubheka, for violating the Municipal Finance Management Act. Kubheka was sentenced to a 50-thousand-rand fine or two years’ imprisonment, with an additional two-year suspended sentence following mismanagement of 4.8-million-rand.
