# The FF Plus welcomes a settlement between the Tshwane metro and Kleinfontein Share Block, ratified by the High Court in Pretoria. The agreement ends a long-running legal dispute over Kleinfontein’s formalisation as a town. Kleinfontein must submit a new township establishment application by 31 August. The settlement also sets aside penalty municipal rates previously imposed on the community. FF Plus Willie Spies says the agreement promotes peaceful coexistence and diversity within Tshwane.
