# The Freedom Front Plus says the City of Tshwane cannot keep financially bailing out the Housing Company Tshwane, as this is unsustainable and a waste of money. The entity is responsible for managing two-thousand-107 housing units. FF Plus’, Lenor Janse van Rensburg, says only 33-percent of rental income is collected annually, while the 160 Clarina housing units in the CBD have a collection rate of just nine-percent:
