FF Plus says no sign of excellence in Tshwane service delivery [SOUND]

# The Freedom Front Plus says it is concerned about the City of Tshwane’s constant failure to adhere to the principles of sound financial management, effective project execution, and constitutional service delivery. According to the metro’s capital budget performance report for the 2024/2025 financial year, 2.2-billion-rand of the adjusted capital budget of 2.3-billion-rand, has already been spent.
