FF Plus demands transparency on the Ekurhuleni tariff participation process [SOUND]

# The Freedom Front Plus says Ekurhuleni mayoral committee member for Finance, Jongizizwe Dlabathi, has acknowledged that a notice for a planned public participation meeting about municipal tariffs on 13 September was mistakenly sent out. This means that the meeting cannot be considered a lawful public participation process. FF Plus Jennifer Glovers says without a lawful and transparent process, any tariff increases, including the basic electricity charge and network access charge, are unenforceable, thus exposing Ekurhuleni to litigation:
