# The Freedom Front Plus has criticised the City of Tshwane for paying ten-thousand-rand to value a property in Clubview, in Pretoria, worth five-thousand-600-rand. The FF Plus’s Peter Meijer says the valuation cost almost twice the value of the land and was unnecessary because two municipal departments had already valued the property. Meijer added that the spending is a waste of taxpayers’ money and questioned the controls in place to prevent such spending.
