This is over his links to attempted murder-accused Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala. An internal forensic report into claims that Mkhwanazi facilitated the illegal transfer of city-owned blue-light vehicles to Matlala’s company will be tabled. Council will debate the findings and decide on the next course of action.
