# The EFF has rejected the 2025/26 Health Budget, saying the 296-billion-rand allocation fails to address the crisis in public healthcare. EFF member of Parliament, Naledi Chirwa, criticised the budget’s inability to fix failing infrastructure, hire unemployed health workers, or improve care for the poor.
