# A 35-year-old nanny is set to appear in the Durban Magistrate’s Court today, after allegedly stealing a nine-month-old child from his mother’s home in Durban on Saturday. Police spokesperson, Paul Magwaza, says the child’s mother returned home on Saturday afternoon to find both her son and the nanny missing. He says she contacted the nanny, who admitted to being in Empangeni with the child but failed to provide a credible reason for leaving the house without permission.
