Drunk driving arrests hit triple digits over the past week in Cape Town [SOUND]

# The City of Cape Town’s enforcement agencies arrested 338 suspects in the past week, and of those, at least 108 were caught driving under the influence of alcohol, which is one of the highest counts so far this year.
