DA Western Cape welcomes handover of sites to be used for treatment of substance abuse [SOUND]

# The DA in the Western Cape has welcomed the handover of two state-owned properties in Malmesbury by the National Department of Public Works and Infrastructure to the provincial government this week. These properties will be repurposed to support individuals recovering from substance use disorders.
