# The DA in the Western Cape has welcomed the Competition Commission’s application to the Competition Tribunal to revoke its conditional approval of the Premier Foods–Rhodes Food Group merger. This follows concerns over the proposed closure of the Fruit Products Western Cape facility in Tulbagh.
