DA Western Cape supports Social Development Department care initiatives for older persons [SOUND]

# The DA in the Western Cape says it is pleased that the provincial Department of Social Development is supporting the formation of a task team on older persons’ care, focused on five key priorities. These are advancing affordable care models, engaging stakeholders, raising public awareness, strengthening workforce development, and enhancing partnerships. The DA’s Wendy Kaizer-Philander says the department is also working to improve funding support, with a confirmed increase in allocations for the new financial year, across all care categories:
