# The DA in the Western Cape says the provincial government is ensuring that health infrastructure is not only maintained but significantly expanded to meet the growing needs of communities. The provincial Department of Health and Wellness has 45 active healthcare construction projects in the 2025/2206 financial year, the most ever undertaken by the province in a single year.
