DA welcomes court action to protect Hennops River

# The DA in Gauteng has applauded the Gauteng Provincial Government for taking the City of Tshwane to court over illegal dumping and land invasion along Centurion’s Hennops River. The DA’s Leanne de Jager says efforts since 2021 have highlighted severe environmental impacts, including water and air pollution. She says the court case, set for 13 August, marks a victory for environmental justice.
