A ruling by the Supreme Court of Appeal paves the way for the eviction of occupants of the Melgisedek building. The Tshwane metro plans to relocate the informal residents to a temporary tent camp in Gezina. The DA’s Cilliers Brink says this will simply become another informal settlement without basic amenities:
