DA takes City of Johannesburg to court over water crisis [SOUND]

# The DA says it’s determined to hold those responsible for Johannesburg’s water crisis accountable and force urgent action to fix the city’s failing water system. The party has filed court papers in the High Court in Johannesburg against Johannesburg Water, the City and mayor Dada Morero over the worsening water crisis. The DA’s mayoral candidate for Johannesburg, Helen Zille,  warns that without immediate intervention, the crisis could cause even greater damage to residents and infrastructure:
