# The DA in Tshwane has criticised the metro for taking seven months to act on a whistleblower tip from February, implicating an employee in identity fraud and cable theft in Pretoria East. The employee has now been arrested. The DA says the metro must use the opportunity of having a suspect in custody to investigate the allegations of cable theft and vandalism.
