DA slams Tshwane for defying court order on unlawful cleaning levy [SOUND]

# The DA says it condemns the City of Tshwane for issuing monthly bills with charges on them, which the High Court in Pretoria scrapped. In July, the court declared the metro’s cleaning levy unlawful and ordered its removal from all accounts and that residents be credited for it in the next cycle.
