DA slams slow progress on Lilian Ngoyi street repairs in Joburg CBD [SOUND]

# The DA in Gauteng has criticised premier Panyaza Lesufi and Johannesburg’s leadership for slow progress on the Lillian Ngoyi Street repairs, nearly two years after a major explosion. The DA’s Mervyn Cirota says the three-month deadline is unrealistic and the project may take a year. He also condemned neglect of the fire-ravaged Usindiso Building amid a culpable homicide case against the Joburg Property Company CEO, Helen Botes:
