DA says Western Cape e-centres serve over four-thousand users monthly [SOUND]

# The DA says Western Cape government e-centres are helping over four-thousand-800 people each month. Delft, Wale Street, Philippi, and Vrygrond are the busiest centres. The centres also offer free internet, government services, and computer training. The DA’s Benedicta Van Minnen says a new programme called broadband 2.0 will improve the centres by upgrading technology and making services faster and safer:
