# The DA in the Garden Route District Municipality has welcomed the municipal council’s approval of the mutual separation agreement with the municipal manager, Monde Stratu. He served as the municipal manager since March 2017. The DA’s Marais Kruger says recent events surrounding the Roads Agency Function illustrated the consequences of poor administrative leadership.
