DA says R58-million utility debt leaves hundreds of Gauteng schools without power or water [SOUND]

# The DA says over 58-million-rand in unpaid bills has left many Gauteng schools without water and electricity, severely disrupting learning and hygiene. More than 500 schools have had their power or water cut off since January. The party urges the provincial Education department to urgently set up a task team to resolve municipal disputes. The DA’s Sergio Isa Dos Santos vows to hold the department accountable until all learners have safe and uninterrupted learning:
