DA says parliament should keep minister to account for Western Cape policing [SOUND]

# The DA spokesperson Rikus Badenhorst says Parliament should hold the Minister of Police to account to strengthen policing in the Western Cape. Badehorst says the ANC in the National Council of Provinces has voted against this. The DA wants the SAPS Anti-Gang Unit beefed up to fight gangs and drugs. He says the NCOP is the bridge between provinces to ensure that provincial interests are taken into account in the national government:
