# The DA in Gauteng is challenging the Health Department to sanction a hospital security company that has reportedly failed to pay over provident funds collected from its workers. The DA’s Jack Bloom says Mafoko Security Patrols has several contracts to guard Gauteng hospitals, including a 58-million-rand a year contract for 206 guards at the George Mukhari Hospital in Ga-Rankuwa. Bloom have tabled official questions in the provincial legislature asking whether the department will lay criminal charges against Mafoko:
