# The DA in Gauteng has accused premier Panyaza Lesufi of failing to deliver on his broadband promises for township schools. The third quarter report for the 2025/2026 financial year for the Department of e-Government, tasked with rolling out the Gauteng Broadband Network, shows it missed its target of providing 40 sites with wide area network access. The DA’s Michael Waters says they will raise this issue in the portfolio committee for e-Government at the legislature:
