# The DA in Ekurhuleni says it will use the Promotion of Access to Information Act to access the report on the metro’s 1.8-billion-rand mobile chemical toilet tender. The report was compiled by the murdered Divisional Head for Forensic Audit, Mpho Mafole. The DA’s Brandon Pretorius says reports over the weekend alluded to interference by a senior politician into police investigations relating to the murder of Mafole. He says this is coupled with mayor Nkosindiphile Xhakaza’s refusal to table the report:
