# The DA in Tshwane is calling on the metro to use a court judgment against the Mpumalanga Economic Growth Agency to secure ownership of Ekandustria Industrial Park. The Pretoria High Court ordered MEGA to pay Tshwane more than 231-million-rand for water, sanitation and electricity services. The DA’s Cilliers Brink says the industrial park has lost thousands of jobs through years of neglect, and bringing it under Tshwane’s control could attract private investment and revive employment:
