# The DA has accused Tshwane mayor Nasiphi Moya of jeopardising the metro’s finances by keeping mayoral committee member for Finance Eugene Modise in his position. Modise, who holds the top position on the ANC’s proportional candidate list for the local government elections, was found guilty of breaching the councillors’ code of conduct. He failed to declare his financial interests in Triotic Protection Services, a security company doing business with the City of Tshwane. The DA’s Cilliers Brink says Modise should be fired:
